Vic was in Southern CA from November 2002 through March 2003, where he was abused and starved by the person who was purchasing him. Luckily, that person was unable to complete the purchase and Vic came back to us. He came home at least 300 lbs underweight and with some wicked cuts, bites, and marks of abuse. It took over a year to get him back in the condition that he was in when these photos were taken (when he was first delivered to CA).
